  So very bored. | | Thursday, April 2nd, 2009 | | 1:46 pm |
nAch, nPow, MARCOMs, yuppies, ROI's (both types), MBTI etc etc etc ad infinitum. Basically I like marketing and management, I'm sick of jargon and if I hear one more lecturer say synergy I will kill someone. | | Sunday, March 29th, 2009 | | 5:58 pm |
Hey guys, long time no post, so lots has been happening, I've been meaning to post pictures of my trip to Japan, sans love hotel... maybe, depends how lucky you are. But that was ages ago and anyways this has really been pissing me off http://www.wikileaks.com/wiki/Australian_government_secret_ACMA_internet_censorship_blacklist%2C_18_Mar_2009 < the governments banned blacklist. Now it's illegal to post a link to it I think, but hell to that. It's mainly a list of underage porn sites from what I can tell, however from scrawling through the links, obviously not clicking on any, until I found this gem of course. http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/SnapesnoggerBasically I'm posting this because it's ridiculous for the Australian government to censor this. Don't get me wrong, if you use this list to look at child porn and get arrested, hurrah, you have it coming. Infact I recommend not looking at any of the links there unless you're sure they're going to be safe. But there seems to be alot of normal porn sites and like the snapesnogger one above, ones that just shouldn't be there. I have zero problem with them blocking child porn, however the people who want it are always going to be able to get it anyway. Stereotypical lefty finishing sentence... Semper Fidelus Tyranosaurus(don't feel bad for not getting the reference). | | Sunday, January 11th, 2009 | | 8:50 am |
So, my last full day in Japan and thus far I have been skiing in Hakuba, watched Hannah fall over every few meters (bruises all down her legs). Stayed at the shittiest place ever (they gave us a bunk bed, seriously) but we bitched and got a two person bed thankfully, speaking of which, used all of Tonys birthday gift to me. Skiing however was awesome. We also made friends with another couple gone skiing which was great as we had people to go out and dine with. After that went to the Tokyo hostel where we went to Akihabara (nerd center, but also amusing and fun amongst the sleaze), went to the Sony tower where they show off all their stuff. Went to Ueno park/zoo/museum which was awesome cool. Basically hit up all the sights bar Tokyo tower. Now Im in Osaka where I have been to a love hotel, travelled to Nara and Kyoto (the old capitals cities) and seen the temples and all that, which was awesome. Also saw the massive buddah at Nara, managed to get the best fortune possible from the stick fortune thing (woo!). Today I am off to meet Hannahs dorm friends and all that jazz Ill do a slightly more comphrehensive post later when Im home with pictures and everything! See you on the 14th. | | Sunday, December 21st, 2008 | | 9:52 pm |
Hey kids, this is only really meaningful come the 27th, but I'm gone to the coast tomorrow, so until the 14th I'll be in Japan! Have a good Christmas everyone! Current Mood: bouncy | | Tuesday, December 16th, 2008 | | 8:40 am |
So at exactly 8:36 this morning I opened my very last present. I know this because my very last present was a pocket watch!(coolest thing ever, amirite?) Which I thought probably couldn't be better till I glimpsed myself in the new work shirt Mum had gotten me and the (sugar free) icing on the cake were some delicious low-sugar belgium chocolates Katey got me. Gifts aside it's still been an awesome 21st. I feel like I should be reflecting about the previous year/past 21 years, but I'm not going to. 25 is the new 21, I'll worry about growing up then. | | Friday, December 5th, 2008 | | 6:08 pm |
You know, today I picked up my tickets for my flight to Japan, in addition to my ski tickets. I've got a week skiing with Hannah in Hakuba, another 3 days in Tokyo after that, then off to Osaka for 5 or something before I fly home. I feel very grown up having organised a good 5% of this trip by myself, the rest was mainly Hannah telling me that no, there aren't any more dinosaurs in Osaka than Tokyo(lame Japan, seriously). My Dad is apparently leaving the country, I don't know how I feel about this. My sister is back from London and already wants to get the hell out. It's 11 days till I'm 21, alot of my friends have finished uni and I'm done next year probably (woo!), it's been a pretty interesting few months/year, but it's still good to be me. So I just watched every episode of Arrested Development in 5 days. Prompting of course the downloading of "The Final Countdown" (Gobs song) and dancing around my house INTENSELY. I can officially say I lead a life to make Gods jealous. Current Music: The Final Countdown - Europe | | Wednesday, November 19th, 2008 | | 5:38 pm |

Dexter escalates far too well. Far too well for my exam tomorrow. | | Sunday, November 2nd, 2008 | | 6:05 pm |
Life has hit a high point when you're studying Comsumer Behaviour to destress from studying Accounting. Being moved out is pretty sweet by the way, one of my housemates I work with and is a huge gamer/awesome dude. His sister is a model and psychologist, also a cool person. Currently the nearest thing to a downside is the hours of conversation going on in the house. The upsides include heaps of free games, awesome jokes and hanging out with cool people. Finding a formula for the number of periods n is excruciating. ... now using some jiggery-pokery... You know it's a good study day when you happen across gems like this in your notes. http://www.cracked.com/video_16742_obama-facts-truth-smear.html < also a good study day when you're addicted to cracked. Can't stop the signal! http://nocleanfeed.com/takeaction.htmlThis is pretty retarded, I'm sure you all know about it, but still it has some ways you can help stop this. Current Music: Chevelle - Brainiac! | | Thursday, October 9th, 2008 | | 12:43 am |
HOLY SHIT, We Are Scientists. Repeat, holy shit. Holy shit. Incredible show, made it to the front of the mosh, lead singer kissed me on the cheek(and gave me a hug), he stole the drummers drum sticks for me (some dickhead took one off me, faggot), hung out with the keyboardist for a bit, hugged him, made friends with some chick named Stevie. And every minute of this was with Cammin, I think it's fair to say that nothing any of you will ever do can compare to the awesomeness of my life. | | Thursday, October 2nd, 2008 | | 9:57 pm |
Also it looks awfully like I am moving out. All it took was a year to build up some good goss just for your guys! To all my stalkers I should be living at Yeronga in less than a month, where exactly? Sif I'd make it that easy on you. Current Mood: tiredCurrent Music: Tenacious D - Sex Supreme | | Wednesday, October 1st, 2008 | | 4:42 pm |

The devil is in all of you!
Today was a good day, I am now back at the gym, saw a movie(Harold and Kumar) with Tiarn, booked a driving lesson, went to the pub, caught up on the various goss from all my friends, and have drunk one coffee, two Pepsi Max cans, one large red bull and a V. Ohh I'm also doing Spanish and am in the middle of 5 pages of homework and spitting all about the place trying to roll my r's just so I can show Kathy up at the next lesson, failing that I plan to just let the spittle do the talking for me. It's good to be me. Current Mood: energeticCurrent Music: Meet the Creeper - Rob Zombie |
